You will be gathering and analyzing consumer data in order to provide support to our marketing and product teams. You play a crucial role in our organization in providing market insights and help translating them into marketing tactics and new product/ features recommendations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct direct and indirect research in order to understand in greater detail our user personas, help defining consumer segmentation and their behavior
Develop comprehensive research plans in order to provide a constant stream of information to our business units
Independently manage the function end-to-end, including: sampling, drafting and conducting surveys, gathering and developing data analysis, presenting insightful results to the marketing and product team and reiterate
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineer or 6+ year’s experience in exactly the same role
3+ years of relevant professional experience in analyzing consumer data and providing insights that drive business, including research methods, ideally acquired from both the client and from the agency side.
Strong business acumen supported by a good understanding of business banking in MX
Solid research and analytical techniques and methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
Great communication skills both written and verbal, together with the ability to deeply understand and support a broad range of stakeholders.
