Consumer Insights Specialist

Job description


You will be gathering and analyzing consumer data in order to provide support to our marketing and product teams. You play a crucial role in our organization in providing market insights and help translating them into marketing tactics and new product/ features recommendations. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct direct and indirect research in order to understand in greater detail our user personas, help defining consumer segmentation and their behavior  

  • Develop comprehensive research plans in order to provide a constant stream of information to our business units

  • Independently manage the function end-to-end, including: sampling, drafting and conducting surveys, gathering and developing data analysis, presenting insightful results to the marketing and product team and reiterate

Job requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineer or  6+ year’s experience in exactly the same role 

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analyzing consumer data and providing insights that drive business, including research methods, ideally acquired from both the client and from the agency side. 

  • Strong business acumen supported by a good understanding of business banking in MX

  • Solid research and analytical techniques and methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative 

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal, together with the ability to deeply understand and support a broad range of stakeholders.
