What you will be doing

You will be driving a full range of activities in order to assure not only the acquisition of new customers but also their activation. Your responsibilities might include:

  • Finding and implementing cost-efficient, creative and conventional and unconventional channels to grow our customer base
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies, testing and experimenting different growth methods
  • Identify channels to test, perform customer/audience segmentation analysis, optimizing and scaling performing channels
  • Working closely with the product and engineering team to build viral and growth loops to fuel the product to self-grow
  • Experiment and test ideas to reach potential new users, working in an agile and lean startup methodology.

Job requirements

Your ideal skills set

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field
  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing in a start-up context, preferably a very fast growing environment, preferably but not necessarily in a Fintech
  • Proven track of successfully implementing unique growth mechanisms and drive an insane increase of signs-up, activation and retention metrics
  • Extensive experience in creating from scratch and scaling campaigns, furthermore experience in: UX design, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Public Relations, Tableau, Growth Hacking and Product Marketing
  • Superb analytical and data analysis skills
  • Extremely self-motivated, curious and eager to learn and strive individual with insane passion for growing digital products
