Job requirements

Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts. Be the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipating the client's needs, working within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and is passionate about exceeding client expectations


  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with partners
  • Empower partners to produce effective campaigns by creating the tools they need to provide financial services to their network (e.g. through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, updating collateral and in person meetings)
  • Grow the company's revenue by ensuring that key partners are satisfied with the services provided and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Responsible for understanding what our partners need to better convert their networks and working with the product management team in order to develop new products, integrations, etc..
  • Monitor and analyze new customers that are onboarded through the partner relationship
  • May also support the Business Development team in researching and sourcing new potential partners
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics


  • Previous working experience as Key Account Manager for 2 years
  • Experience in sales and customer service will be an advantage
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
